Refund Policy
You agree to pay the fees for the Products that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card.
Please note, that fees charged by theimmigrationservices via services do not include any official or Governmental fees, which as set forth above, if imposed, will be paid solely by you and at your responsibility. When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the content you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.
We may occasionally run promotions and sales for our Products, during which certain Products may be available at discounted prices for a limited period of time. The price applicable to the Products will be the price at the time you complete your purchase and process your payment. Any price offered for a particular Product may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users.
Fees paid to the immigration services for our Products (our “Fees“) may be refunded, according to applicable refund terms under applicable law. The product delivery will arrive to the customer within 30 business days. If the Products you purchased are not what you were expecting, you can request for a refund, subject to applicable law, that we apply a refund to your account. This refund option applies only on original and unused Products and does not apply on Products already opened and used by you. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the Product, in its original packing, within the refund period as determined under applicable law. The Product must be in its original packing and in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, mobile, or TV app), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it unduly, or if you passed the refund period allowed under applicable law, or once you waved your rights for a refund.
In case the payment was refunded, it will appear on the customer’s card (Depend on the customer’s settlement date with their Credit Card company). A refund request should be presented to our customer service department by you and shell be reviewed by our Finance department, which shall decide, at its sole discretion, as to such requested refund. It is clarified that any refund (if paid) shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the relevant Paid Product and/or related service. Notwithstanding any of the above, no refund shall be paid and no refund request will be considered after you used your purchased Products. Fees paid will be nonrefundable if we suspect, at our sole discretion, that you are in breach of the Purchase Terms, possible legal liabilities, infringing any (including third party’s) intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent, immoral, or illegal activities, or for any other similar reasons (for example, including but not limited to act of war, acts of nature, required details or other changes, technological limitations, economical resources, legislative or procedural change and/or State Action). By visiting, ordering from, or using the immigration services or the Products and related services you understand and agree to the refund policy specified herein.
